How quickly will I get my booklets?: Please allow 2 working days from ordering for your booklets to be printed and delivered. Artwork approved before 12pm on a working day goes into production that day; orders approved after 12pm start the next working day. Deliveries are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays. We deliver to any UK address, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.
Can I get it faster?: Yes. Express production cuts the print time to 1 working day, still followed by a next-working-day tracked delivery. Tell us your date of service when you order and we will confirm the fastest option in writing.
Do I have to be religious to use us?: No. The templates work for secular services, celebrations of life and services of any faith. The content is entirely up to you.
What paper do you use?: Inside pages are 150gsm silk art paper. Covers are heavier 350gsm silk art paper with a matt or gloss laminate on the outside, which you choose in the builder. Booklets are A5 portrait and saddle-stitched (stapled on the spine).
How many pages can I have?: 8 to 24 pages, in multiples of four, including the front and back cover. That is a requirement of saddle-stitch binding. You can order from 50 up to 150 copies.
Can I upload my own photographs?: Yes, as many as you like, from any device. We check resolution and colour before printing and tell you if anything needs changing.
What if I need help with the wording?: We have a library of readings and hymns you can drop in, and our team can help you word any page. Just contact us.
Do you offer trade pricing to funeral directors?: Yes. Trade accounts get their own agreed prices, branded invite links for families, and one consolidated invoice with 30-day terms.
Do I get a digital copy?: Yes. A PDF of the finished booklet is emailed to you as soon as you complete it, at no extra cost.
